  2.         NetPhone Multi-User Networkable Phone Book
  3.  
  4.     NetPhone is a multi-user Phone Book designed to run 
  5.     under Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or greater, in a 
  6.     shared-file multi-user environment using Novell Netware 
  7.     version 2.0 or greater, or on a single user PC running 
  8.     DOS 3.3 or greater (DOS 5.0 or greater recommended).
  9.  
  10.     NetPhone will support multiple users of the same database, 
  11.     and keep each user's entries private from all other users. 
  12.  
  13.     NetPhone is also available as a module of TradeSystem, 
  14.     a DOS package for companies doing international export and 
  15.     import. TradeSystem is described in "netphone.wri", a 
  16.     Windows Write document accompanying this release.
  17.     
  18.     NetPhone is offered free of charge by Integrated Trade 
  19.     Systems, Inc. to introduce people to TradeSystem and its 
  20.     many capabilitites. The version of NetPhone offered in this 
  21.     release is a Windows-only version requiring Windows 3.1 or 
  22.     greater. A Windows version of TradeSystem will be released 
  23.     in early 1993.

  25.     NetPhone is supplied in the form of a self-extracting EXE 
  26.     file called "SETNET.EXE". To extract the NetPhone components 
  27.     and Windows Setup program, place the file SETNET.EXE in the 
  28.     directory from which you will run the Windows Setup program. 
  29.     For Setup to function properly, this directory MUST be called
  30.     "DISK1". You will be able to use a different directory name 
  31.     for the actual NetPhone working directory. Run the extraction 
  32.     routine by typing "SETNET" and pressing the <Enter> key. THIS 
  33.     MUST BE DONE FROM DOS, or from a Windows DOS BOX. 
  34.     
  35.     Once the files are extracted, start Windows. From the 
  36.     Program Manager, Select File, then Run, and enter 
  37.     "X:\DISK1\SETUP" where X is the drive on which you have 
  38.     placed the NetPhone files, and \DISK1\ is the directory name
  39.     (REQUIRED) in which you have placed the NetPhone files. The 
  40.     Windows Setup program will then guide you through the 
  41.     installation.

  43.     For example, if you placed the SETNET.EXE file on the 
  44.     C: disk in directory \DISK1, you will first type (from the 
  45.     DOS prompt):
  46.     C:<Enter>
  47.     CD \DISK1<Enter>
  48.     SETNET<Enter>
  49.     Once the files are extracted, you will start Windows, 
  50.     Select File, then Run, from the Program Manager,  and in 
  51.     the Command Box, type:
  52.     C:\DISK1\SETUP.EXE
  53.     The Windows Setup program will set up NetPhone.
